Is there a cost to join?
GlobalTestMarket does not charge a fee to join the community. Membership is free, and GlobalTestMarket will never charge you fees for participating in online surveys.

How do I become a member?
To become a member of GlobalTestMarket, you need to fill out our registration form. You will be sent an account activation email in order to confirm your registration.
How does it work?
GlobalTestMarket is a community of people around the world who take online surveys for leading market research companies. Members not only have to opportunity to voice their opinions and influence the development of new products but can also earn MarketPoints and Sweepstakes entries for every online survey they take. On average, it takes 20 minutes to participate in an online survey. GlobalTestMarket MarketPoints can be redeemed for cash and daily and monthly sweepstakes winners will be contacted directly to claim their cash prize.
I have a problem with my account activation link, what do I do?
If you encountered an problem with the activation link, please contact us and provide the following information for further assistance:

- Type or copy and paste the activation link
- Any error message received
I didn't receive the activation email, how do I request another one?
If you lost or didn't receive your GlobalTestMarket account activation email, please complete this form and we will forward you another.
I can't find the confirmation email for my account activation
If you lost or didn't receive the confirmation email for your GlobalTestMarket account activation, please contact us and provide the email address used to establish your GlobalTestMarket account. We will forward you an email with your details.

How do I change my Country of Residence?
If you would like to update your country of residence, please contact us and provide your old and new country of residence. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your account has been updated.

Why should I update my profile surveys?
The profile surveys are available on the Surveys page of your account. The status of each profile survey is displayed along with the date of the last update. Keeping these profile surveys up-to-date will increase your chances of receiving more survey invitations that are relevant to your lifestyle and interests.
How do I cancel my GlobalTestMarket membership?
You can choose to terminate your membership at any time by completing this form.
Why was I disabled from GlobalTestMarket?
There are several reasons why a member can be disabled from the GlobalTestMarket community:
- SPAM complaints - GlobalTestMarket must adhere to strict SPAM regulations. We are required to disable any email address linked to a SPAM complaint in our database. If you feel that your account was closed by mistake, please contact us to reactivate your membership. In the meantime please add frontdesk@globaltestmarket.com to your safe sender or contact list.
- Account cancellation - You contacted us and requested we cancel your GlobalTestMarket account. If you would like to reactivate your account please contact us.
- User Agreement violation - If we feel that you violated our Terms of Use, we will disable your account. For further details, please refer to our Terms of Use.

Surveys
What is the process for taking online surveys?
Surveys invitations are sent via email and can be taken at your leisure. All you need is a computer and Internet access. On average, it takes 20 minutes to complete a survey. You will be rewarded for every survey you take.
What rewards can I earn for taking online surveys?
Each invitation will tell you how many MarketPoints or Sweepstakes entries you will earn for completing the survey, or for participating but not qualifying for it. The amount of the reward will vary depending on two factors:
- The urgency of the online survey -- more urgent surveys will offer higher incentives
- The length of the online survey -- the more time required on your part, the larger the reward
How do I get and qualify for more online surveys?
Completing and keeping your profile surveys up-to-date will qualify you to participate in more market research surveys that are relevant to your lifestyle and interests. You may access these profile surveys by logging into your account. The status of each profile survey is displayed along with the date of the last update.
Please note that GlobalTestMarket supports a total of 43 countries and the number of online surveys each participant will receive in any given month varies significantly. The number of online surveys you will receive is directly dependant on the demographics our clients have requested.
Why am I being asked the same questions in surveys I have already answered in my profile surveys?
We do our best to ensure that if you tell us your age, for example, we won't ask you for the same information again. But sometimes it's unavoidable, and we ask for your understanding when this does occur. It can happen, for example, when you participate in a survey along with other respondents whose information is not known. To ensure consistency among responses, market researchers will sometimes ask everyone for basic information on age, gender or location (including you). We know that being asked for duplicate information can be a bit frustrating, and we try to reduce the need for it to the extent possible.
I have not received survey invites, what do I do?
Our survey invites may not be making it into your Inbox. Your email provider may be flagging our emails as SPAM and moving them to your junk folder. To ensure that you receive all of our survey invitation emails, please add frontdesk@globaltestmarket.com to your list of trusted senders, address book or contact list.
If your mailbox does not have an address book or contact list, please contact your email provider's tech support and ask how they can make sure email from frontdesk@globaltestmarket.com makes it into your mailbox.

I have a problem accessing a survey, what do I do?
If you are having problems accessing a survey, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Technical: Please ensure the following technical requirements are met:
- You are using a recent version of a popular browser, for example Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera
- JavaScript is enabled
- Cookies are enabled
- Some surveys require the Adobe Flash Player
- Survey closed or reached quota: Sometimes surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for instance, from a region or age group. Once these quotas have been filled, the survey must be closed.
- Screened out: This means that you did not qualify to complete the whole survey. There are a number of possible reasons why you didn't qualify. An example could be that the answeres provided did not meet the survey subject matter requirements.
- Survey was temporarily unavailable: Please wait a while and return to the link and reattempt to complete the survey.
If none of these reasons helped you, or if the problem persists, please contact us and provide the following information for further assistance:

- The survey invitation link or the survey number in question
Why didn't I get rewarded for a survey?
Shortly after completing the survey your account is credited with the reward stated in the survey invitation . If you were not awarded the right amount of MarketPoints or Sweepstakes entries for completing a survey, please contact us and provide the survey invitation link or the survey number in question.
Why am I receiving sweepstakes entries instead of MarketPoints?
GlobalTestMarket panelists accrue rewards for every survey they participate in. Although MarketPoints are the primary incentive offered to our panelists as a reward, you can also receive sweepstakes entries to daily and monthly cash prizes. Our clients encourage an assortment of incentives in order to ensure the highest level of engagement. Plus it gives some of our panelists the opportunity to be a lucky winner of significant cash prizes!

Rewards and Redemptions
What are MarketPoints?
MarketPoints are the primary incentive for GlobalTestMarket members. MarketPoints are awarded upon the completion of a survey and can be redeemed for cash.
Do MarketPoints expire?
MarketPoints expire three years from the date of award and, if sooner, upon twelve (12) months of no account activity.
What is the minimum amount required to redeem my MarketPoints?
The minimum number of MarketPoints needed to redeem is 1,000.
How do I redeem my MarketPoints?
- Log in to your account
- Click on 'Rewards' in the tab
- Click on 'Redeem' and specify the amout of MarketPoints you would like to convert to cash
Note: A minimum of 1000 MarketPoints are needed for conversion to cash
- Confirm that your mailing address is correct and click 'Yes' to complete your redemption
(Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of redemption for your check to arrive
if you reside within the United States, or 6-8 weeks if you reside outside of the
U.S.)
I didn't receive my check
Checks are expected to arrive 4 to 6 weeks after the date redemption was requested if you reside in the United States. If you reside outside of the United States, the expected arrival of payment is 6 to 8 weeks after redemption is requested.
If you didn't receive your payment within the timeframe, please contact us and provide the following information for further assistance:
- Redemption date and MarketPoints amount
- Email address used to establish your GlobalTestMarket account or your account number
- Confirm your mailing address in the format it should be displayed on the envelope:

If you are unable to cash your check, please contact us and explain the reasons why you were unable to cash your incentive check. If your name or the address was misspelled on the check, please include your correct name and/or address.

What is a Sweepstakes entry worth?
- Upon your successful completion of the survey, you automatically receive three (3) Sweepstakes entries.
- By completing a survey that you are not eligible for, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
With each Sweepstakes entry received, you will be entered into both the Daily and Monthly prize drawings.
Our daily winners receive a cash prize of $300 and our monthly winner receives a cash prize of $5,000.
